Power can only safely be developed after the other prerequisite bio-motor abilities are developed. What happens if you attempt to develop power before these other prerequisite abilities? Developing power without the appropriate stability is like firing a cannon from a canoe. And attempting to develop power without the appropriate mobility has major injury implications.
